Hey, It's Ele. :] There are so many reasons why I am a fan of Miley. Her music speaks to you and a lot of people relate to her songs, like me. She is a really nice person and very down to earth. A lot of people don't see that but once you give her a chance, you'll love her. I used to not be a very big fan of hers but now I am because I've talked to people that are hudge fans, like you Jess. lol. I would love to meet her and her family some day. :D

I love Miley because she's honest and true to herself. She's the only celeb out there that I know of that isn't afraid to be herself and stand up for what she believes in. I once tweeted you (last week I think), asking you why you came to love the Cyrus family. I didn't get an answer (you may have gone to bed or been busy elsewhere, I don't know), but now you ask all of us why we love Miley. Now you get to hear how I came to love Miley and her family. I'm delighted to tell you. :)

The best answer I can give anyone on why I love Miley (and I really do), would be the blog I wrote on Miley's birthday this year, so I'm enclosing that below. It might sound like I'm crazy, but I'm not. When God tells you something, sometimes you just know. When God puts something in your heart, there is nothing you can do to shake the feeling. The greatest struggle I have had, since God placed this love for Miley and her family in my heart, is to not appear like a stalker, because she doesn't need another stalker or crazy fan in her life. The greatest indication that I love her is that I put her needs first, not mine. I would love nothing more than to be her friend, and her family's friend, in this life, but I'm content to wait until the next life if I have to, because I already know that she and I will be close friends then, even if we don't know each other now. :) Can it get any better than that? Once upon a time God used Hannah Montana to help save my soul

On the surface, the title to this blog sounds like blasphemy. But it's not, and it's meant to be taken somewhat literally. Someone who's not a Christian would not be able to understand this, for the soul is not the same thing as the eternal spirit. The soul is something the spirit has, just as the body is something the soul has.

Your soul is your mind, will, and emotions. Most of my life I have suffered from Depression. It got bad enough that I was praying every night that God would take me home to Heaven while I was asleep. So, my emotions were messed up, and while I have been saved by Christ for a long time, my emotions, and thus my soul, were saved by God using the Disney series Hannah Montana. Sure, I still get depressed sometimes, but not like I did as often as I did before Summer 2008.

In June 2008 I was not a fan of the Disney Channel. So far as I knew, Disney hadn't had good programming since the late 90s, when there were one or two shows I would occasionally watch. I knew they had a show called Hannah Montana and I had seen the merchandise occasionally when I walked through stores, so I knew the main character was blond. That's all I knew. Like many other people, I thought Hannah Montana was a kid's show.

I didn't know the main character on Hannah Montana was played by actress Miley Cyrus, and I didn't know anything at all about Billy Ray Cyrus, other than that he was a country singer who had a song called "Achy Breaky Heart." I didn't know that 15 years earlier he had a daughter he named Destiny Hope Cyrus because God revealed to him that she would bring hope to millions of people. Her nickname, Miley (short for Smiley, because she smiled a lot), would become her name, and millions of young teens, especially girls, would become fans, and her songs would empower her fams with hope.

So, I was totally unprepared for what happened in mid-July 2008. I was going to be working in my room and I'm the kinda person who likes noise in the background when I'm awake, so I wanted my TV on a channel where I knew there was little chance I would be distracted by the programming. LOL

I turned it to the Disney Channel, sure I wouldn't find anything interesting on. Sure enough, they were playing "Cars". I was like, "Good, I don't even think I could like this movie." Larry the Cable Guy is a funny comedian, but when he portrays the character in "Cars" I find it annoying. Well, Cars was over and they had some commercials, then Hannah Montana came on. I think it was a re-run of a 2007 episode. I saw the TV out of the corner of my eye, and sure enough, Hannah was very blond. Cute, but a teenager, so I went back to working in my room. Then the theme song "Best of Both Worlds" came on. Now, that's not a song to bring hope to millions of people, but I froze anyway, and looked at the TV.

Miley is a professionally-trained and gifted singer, but that wasn't what froze me like a deer in a spotlight. Something was happening. My spirit was hearing the voice more than the words. Something in her voice was connecting with me on a spiritual level.

Hannah Montana has spiritual significance?! You're probably laughing at me and calling me pathetic. I was pathetic, until that voice and the really inspirational songs (like "Nobody's Perfect" and "Broken Chains") began to work on me.

I was hooked on Hannah Montana then and there. And because of the way Disney program schedules work, I got to see the show every day with at least two or three episodes I had never seen before. At that rate it doesn't take long to become familiar with a TV show.

I quickly learned that Disney now had some really talented writers and actors, and a few of their sitcoms were really good. I started watching not only "Hannah Montana" but "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" and "Wizards of Waverly Place". Occasionally I would catch "Corey in the House" but I found "It's so Raven" to be like other shows I didn't watch a few years earlier. I think it was that summer that they started showing "Suite Life on Deck" at night, which was when "Wizards of Waverly Place" was usually on. But, even with good programming, nothing was affecting me quite so much as Miley's voice wa in that intangible way. When I heard "I got nerve" and "Nobody's Perfect" I started to suspect what was happening to me was on a spiritual and emotional level.

I went out and bought the Hannah Montana CDs, feeling slightly self-conscious at the checkout in case the worker was thinking I was some kind of pervert or something. Now, I don't think anything about it. I'm not wearing a Hannah Montana t-shirt, but that's only because I haven't seen them in the store to see if they have any in L or XL.

It wasn't until Miley's book "Miles to go" came out that I knew exactly what had happened to me that summer. Miley wrote about her faith and I was like "Aha! I just knew she is a Christian." She also wrote that her great grandfather was a Pentecostal preacher. God then reminded me of what I've read in the Bible about the Family Blessing. It was obvious then that God was blessing the Cyrus family. Part of that is in the financial sense, sure, but there's a lot more to a Family Blessing than the blessing of money. Even if you don't care for the style, anyone with ears should be able to tell that Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus are "gifted" musicians. I don't personally care for Mariah Carey's musical style, but even I can tell she is a "gifted" musician.

Only Miley and one other singer (a much lesser known singer) have ever affected me this way. Not that I dislike Pop Rock music (and since summer 2008 Miley has branched out from Pop music into other genres), but I've rarely ever had a Popstar be my #1 favorite musician. I mean, just before I had heard the Hannah Montana music, my favorite band was the speed metal Brits "Dragonforce" and before that the Psychedelic rockers "Hawkwind". It's the spiritual and element in Miley's talented voice that reached out to me, and the fact that she was bringing me a lot of hope (even before I knew about why Billy Ray had named her as he did) that caused me to become a "Fanboy" as my friend Doug puts it. He doesn't care for Miley's style of music, but even he's admitted she's talented and he respects her for who she is.

You know, ordinarily I would consider myself a fan and leave it at that, and admit that Doug's probably right, but the more I have learned about the real Miley, the more I understand the connection I have with her. I am not just a fan, I am her friend. A BFF if you will. And it doesn't matter if she doesn't know me now, I am still going to act as a friend should act. I'm not going to be a stalker or some loony, just be a friend to her, probably from a distance, but that's okay. I've even come to be able to predict sometimes how she will respond to something. Not lucky guesses, but I'm beginning to really know her. That's not that easy considering the haters and gossip mills and rumor factories that say things about Miley that aren't true. And let me give this warning to people on Twitter pretending to be Miley... you can't keep it up long before I will spot you for a fake, and I'm getting better at it every day.

Even actress Carly Chaikin, who co-stars with Miley in the movie "The Last Song" due out this spring, told me that I know Miley better than she does, and I have not yet met Miley face to face.

Okay, if you non-Christians and just plain religious people aren't thinking I'm crazy yet, this next part will probably convince you that I'm certifiable, but that's only because you don't understand how God works, and a lot of you probably aren't convinced He even exists.

God revealed something to me right after I had my first Tweet Session with Miley on Twitter. Miley hadn't yet cancelled her @mileycyrus Twitter account, and we tweeted a few lines to each other along the lines of how I understand that most people don't understand what she has to go through, though if they would pay more attention to what she says in her songs, they should understand what I do. I'm talking about the songs that Miley writes, not the songs others write and she performs (though it's probable that she picks some of those songs because she can relate to them. I know that's true with some other Disney celebs).

Today, Miley is 17. She has to deal with the things that every 17 year old girl has to deal with, and that's not as easy as you might think. Every 17 year old girl knows what I'm talking about. Day to day life isn't always so easy, and your emotions are still getting over going through puberty a few years ago. Thank you God that I was never a teenage girl; it was bad enough being a teenage boy.

On top of all this "normal" turmoil she has to go through, Miley has reached a level of celebrity where she's no longer just a star, she's a superstar heading into becoming a mega-superstar. I dare say she is, or will become, as famous as Princess Diana. That's a scary thought, though I state here that it will not end the same way for Miley. Miley's not a political figure like Princess Di. Even Britney Spears, when she got to her greatest popularity, was concerned because of how the paparazzi were cornering her. That has to be extremely intimidating, and trampling to her sense of privacy. Miley has dealt with the paparazzi much better than either Princess Diana or Britney Spears, but it still has to be a strain on her. The advantage that Miley has over Britney and Princess Di is that she has her strong faith in Christ and very supportive family and friends. I'm not saying that Princess Diana and Britney don't have faith in God (I believe they do, and I look forward to meeting them both in Heaven someday. If you think about Britney and laugh because I said that, then you don't understand the love and foregiveness of God for His children), but I believe Miley's faith is stronger (partially because of her support group and partly from the Family Blessing God has placed on her). The Family Blessing is such that, with the love God has placed in my heart for the Cyrus family, I would drop anything I'm doing and go to them at a moments notice, just on the possibility I might be able to help make their lives a little easier. If you think that's ridiculous because they have so much money and wealth, then I don't think you really understand Love.

My love is the love of real friendship and the love of God. Physical attraction has little to do with how I feel toward Miley. She is a beautiful young woman, and as an American male I can't help but notice that, but that's not important. The kind of love I feel is one that is willing to sacrifice, willing to serve, and if need be, willing to die for her. I feel the same love, to a lesser extent, for the rest of her family (lesser only because I know them less). The other part of this is that I am not some crazed fan or a stalker, and it's been reported that Miley has had to deal with both.

If the Cyrus family wanted nothing to do with me, I would content myself to be in the shadows and continue to pray for them, as I try to do every night. Nota all needs can be met by money, nor by fame. That's where I, and their other friends, come in.

I'm not telling you anything about Miley and the Cyrus family that you can't learn for yourself, nor would I. I endevour to never participate in gossip, especially since God is against it, and Miley wants more privacy in her life right now (and part of that is because of how she's been treated on Twitter by people who claim to be fans). Remember how stressfull fame can be. It gets uncomfortable living in a fish bowl all the time, especially when it feels like you're being watched 24/7, and you can bet the paparazzi are doing just that. I don't think, last time I heard anyway, that the pappz are as bad as they were in Princess Diana's day (and no, I don't believe the papparazzi were responsible for her death, just a lot of stress and tears), but some of them will never change.

I don't mind telling you things in my private life. For one thing, you'll most likely disregard me or consider me crazy, until someday, possibly, someone snaps a photo of Miley and I. Then you'll remember this blog and start paying attention. It may never happen. I would love to spend time with Miley, with her family, with her friends. And I'm not going to tell you anything about them that's personal. I probably will never write "I spent the day with Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus today," even if I should be blessed enough to spend many days with them. That's part of their personal, private lives, and nobody else's business. I'm here to be their friend, not a gossip.

It's easier to become friends with a celebrity before they are famous, I think. When they become famous, everyone seems to want to be thier friend, and they are so busy with their lives, there's just no time. In the case of Twitter, for example, unless ou really touch their hearts, or piss them off, you most likely won't be getting a personal message from a celebrity. They just don't have the time. The old adage comes to mind, "if you want a friend, you have to be one first." or, in a more scriptural language, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." A word of wisdom though, that only works when you have pure motives. If a celebrity even suspects that you want to be their friend just so you can brag or get your 15 minutes of fame, you can forget about it right now. I actually saw that happen on Twitter. I can't remember which celebrity it was, but some fan had received a Direct Message from a celebrity, bragged about it on Twitter, and then when they tried to get in tough with the celebrity, there was no answer at all. You have to be willing to never tell a soul. I'm not saying that you'll never be able to tell someone, but if you're not willing to respect their privacy (and that's a rare commodity with really famous people), then why should they have anything to do with you? Respect is an important part of Love.

So now you're thinking, if privacy is so important to me and to the famous people I'm talking about, then why have I blogged all of this in the first place? Didn't I just disrespect their privacy? No, because the private things I have mentioned are private to me, not Miley and her family. Most of the things, if not all, that I have mentioned, you can find on the internet, in Miley's songs or interviews, or in her book "Miles to go."

What I'm doing in this blog, is trying to teach you about Love, about Respect, about how to be a real BFF, and about how I went from being a depressed, unhappy, self-absorbed, and sometimes bitter man, and through God's use of Hannah Montana, I've become much less depressed and self-absorbed and much more involved in loving other people, especially those who helped in bringing about the changes I've seen in my own life in the last 16 months. The friends I share a trailer with have been working with me to help me change a lot longer thatn 16 months, but when the right time and place for change came into my life, it was alone in my room with God and with the Disney Channel's sitcom "Hannah Montana."

So, although my eternity has already been sealed years and years ago by the blood of Jesus and His rising from the dead giving life to my dead spirit when I accepted His sacrifice for me, in a very real sense, God working things out as it pleased Him, "Hannah Montana" played a large part in saving my soul (at least the emotional part).

I almost forgot to tell you why it's so easy for me not to obsess on being a friend of Miley's (though I already consider her and her family friends of mine).

Just after my first tweet session with Miley, before she deleted her Twitter account, God told me that in Eternity, Miley and I will be close friends.

Feeling how I do, even though God brought about the feelings within me, I had to really question whether it was just wishful thinking on my part. I've had enough experience in having things bubble up in my spirit that were from God, and having things come into my mind that were simply from me, that there's no question in my mind that it was God revealing to me a part of the future. Miley and I will be close friends once we get to Heaven, and hopefully before then. And the greatest news of all; in order for us to be close friends in Eternity, we will both be in Heaven. I would love for us to be friends now, but if we don't meet in person as friends now, I only have to wait less than 100 years and we'll both be in Heaven and we'll be close friends. How could I not be happy?

Oh, and by the way, that day in July 2008 when I was working in my room and didn't want to be distracted? I was soooo distracted by Disney Channel that day, that I never did finish what I was trying to do that day, until three days later. It took several more days because Hannah Montana kept showing up on my TV.

God, I was never so happy to be distracted from finishing something I wanted to finish in a day!

You may have to wait until Eternity to learn the rest of this story, but now we all know it has a typical Disney ending, "Happily ever after."

where to start! i love Miley for tons of reasons. Miley is a year younger than me but yet i look up to her so much. She is a wonderful person inside and out and she is always so sweet. Miley has a HUGE heart. She gives back so much and people don't talk about all the good she does,they only point out the things that they feel are negative. did they forget about what happened at this years city of hope concert? i mean that had to have put the cherry on the sundae for me. that video makes me cry everytime i see it. the smile on her face while the patient was singing with her in the mic you knew Miley was truly happy to have been there and happy for what it was all for,her heart was in it. ppl say celebs do things because it makes them look good but i know Miley does it because she wants to. have yet to mention Vanessa, Miley's best friend who passed 3yrs ago whom she talked about in her book, "Miles To Go". Miley met Vanessa in the hospital where she'd go to visit these children putting smiles on their faces, spending time with them,talking with them and simply just getting to know them but Miley grew particularly close with Vanessa. they had this bond and just reading about it all makes me just think wow how awesome to hear about it all and how she had this incredible friendship with her,how she really really did care. i don't know about you but when i see Miley smile, theres just something about it that i can't help but smile myself. its a contagious smile! :) she has such an incredible personality,great sense of humor and is such an over achiever. she made her dreams come true,something i plan to do.she has a lot but she also deserves every little bit of it. shes a hard worker and always gives 200% she remains humble and realizes the good things in life. Miley keeps it real.Miley and i enjoy similar things here and there and share many of the same interests. i've come to see how much she inspires me as a person and how much i'd like to be like her someday but yet in my own way because thats one thing Miley talks about is being "you".this is all just from what i've come to learn and realize over the years by videos,concerts,interviews,articles,etc. if only i were able to know Miley personally i'm sure i'd be even more amazed at the person she is and has become.its kinda hard to make this all come out how its said in my head and i know theres a ton more reasons why i love Miley Cyrus but i think i'm gonna leave it at this for now. but i think i'd just have to say overall the #1 reason that i love Miley Cyrus is because she remains true to herself. she is who she is and like us all shes not perfect,she realizes that but you know what?thats how we learn! thank you for just being you Miley! i love you!

Well, there are many reasons to be a fan of Miley. I'm not even sure where to begin really... so I guess I

ll start off wherever, haha.

Miley is exactly, 5 months and 1 week older than I. hehe =D idk why I said that lol.

Over the years, Miley has accomplished so many things that other people dream of doing. She did this all while dealing with "scandals", haters, false rumors, pressures of being a proper role model, when thats not even her job. Her job is to basically entertain, not to be a perfect role model. People expect way to much from her. The parents out there just expect Miley to... I dont know.. babysit their kids basically. Its like, hello, Miley is not their children's mom, shes still a kid herself , still learning. Shes over come alot of things to get to where she is today. Even before she was famous, she delt with other kids picking on her in school, as she stated in the Miles To Go autobiography. But above all this, she still came out on top, she gives her all, and puts 100% into everything she does. Shes so, down to earth, I suppose I could say. I love how she entertains. When she is on stage, the feeling you get from being there in person... the vibe that pushes through your body... it's just incredible. I love the feeling. I remember my first time ever seeing her in concert, I was soo excited. It was for the Best Of Both Worlds concert tour. Amazing night. I've been to the Wonder World tour as well on opening night and filmed almsot all of the show, until my battery died in the middle of "When I Look At You" lol I wasnt very happy about that.. lol.

I love Miley because she actually takes the time from her life to visit and meet with her fans, take photos, sign thousands of autographs. I've made several YouTube accounts all about her... MileycSpace3 being my most successful. It had over three thousand subscribers, until youtube found it and I got removed for copyright when I didnt post anything copyrighted up... oh well. I'm onto MileycSpace4 where I post videos to make not only I happy, but other fans out there. I love Miley to death. I plan on being a fan until the day I die, or maybe even longer and there is nothing anybody can do about that. When I find somebody who tries to pick a fight with me, sure, I'll go at it until I win, which I usually do =D. I love Miley because out of all the bad things thats happened in her life, shes still been there for her fans. I love how she isnt in the buisness for just the money. I believe she does it to make kids happy. I love seeing her make children laugh, they say laughter is one of the best medicines. I hope she achieves what she wants most in life because she really deserves it.

I'm sorry this is so long, its just hard to stop. Shes such an amazing person. She deserves everything she has. She worked hard for what she has, and nobody should take it away from her. Haters, they are horrible people. They judge without knowing. They judge because they are jealous, and lonely with no life. I wish someday they will wake up and realize Miley is one of the best things that has happened to this world. I don't know what it would be like without a nice Miley smile out there. And I'm saying this now, I'm not a fan because shes famous, I love her for who she is, and how she is. I think nobody should try to change her or make her be what she isnt. It's wrong, it hurts to know that people out there are so cruel to her, but whats hillarious is, they can type, and say things they want on the internet, but when it all comes down to it, if given the chance, they could never say half the things they say online to her personally.

Okay... I guess I should leave it at that, your probably wondering why the heck did she write so much? haha, sorry, like I said its just hard to stop saying how much you love somebody, lol.

Why I love Miley Ray Cyrus is because of her inspiration to help others, she has such an amazing personality and yes I can relate so much and to see her performing her concert's or at her favorite restaurant in Los Angeles she is always happy to be with her fans and her to live her own life at the same time. Her dedication to her family (the most important) and her job and fans is just such a good experience to see her happy make others happy. Like at the concert for hope to see her up there singing with this little girl was so heart warming and it was like wow and well for Miley there are things that you just cannot explain and for Miley you can like her for her fame or her money but that is NOT what it is all about but for most it is but for me it is for WHO she is not WHAT she it! That is the main and the biggest for me about what I support her so much and well... we all love Miley!!! She Rocks!!

Although I've never talked to her, never met her, never even seen her in real life I do love her. I would not consider myself a fan in the "OMG HANNAH MONTANA" way.. If you know what I mean haha. Even though Miley has no clue who I am she literally saved my life. Miley Ray Cyrus is my angel and I honestly would not be here today if it wasn’t for her.

In early November, 2007, when I was only 14, my best friend passed away. Des was my rock, the one I could cry to and not be judged, the one who never let me down. After he passed I couldn’t stand life or being on this planet anymore. My parents and I definitely weren’t on the same page as me with that situation. They were blinded and unable to see my withering away, I was at the point where one more argument with my friends or parents would push me over the line. That was, of course, until I found Miley.

Her positive outlook on life gave me a thread to hang on to; a ray of hope. Her optimistic influence kept me from suicide. She is incredibly lucky to get the chance to make so many people’s lives better and I don’t think she knows how many people there are whose stories are similar to mine.

She's made me a much happier person than I was two years ago; even without Desi’s death I was not happy with who I was. I wanted to be the girl who turned heads and never had any of those “bad hair days” or whatever. She taught me that true beauty has nothing to do with what’s important like personality and, trust me, I don’t want to be “that” girl anymore because I know that half of the “popular” people aren’t happy with who they are and take it all out on alcohol, drugs and smoking. The lessons she has taught me are more important that the things you can learn at school or from text books. I’ve become so much more compassionate, intelligent and open and incredibly optimistic!

I will ALWAYS respect Miley and her amazing family. No matter who she turns out to be, you can’t change the fact that I would not be here today if it wasn’t her.

If I could say one thing to her it would simple be thank you for giving me another chance at life.
